Ms. Hines, an expert in human resource management, healthcare recruiting and personnel administration, is responsible for the overall management of the Medical Service Corps (MS) recruiting programs, including four student programs and one residency program, and annual accession of over 500 officers into all Army components. She serves as a subject matter expert for MS recruiting policy and procedures, and oversees daily operations to include accessions processes for commissioned and warrant officers, eligibility determination for 23 Areas of Concentration, constructive credit, waiver processing and coordination and processing of inter-service transfers. She was inspired to pursue her current career path by an innate passion for and desire to serve in the military. Over the years, Ms. Hines has earned the following awards and accolades:

Ms. Hines’ greatest career achievements were successfully completing two years in company command, attending the Army Medical Service Corps Junior Officer Week, and being inducted into the National Association of Professional Women. Ms. Hines is currently in training with an industry program in the U.S. Army and is associated with the Baptist Health System in human resources. She will be the chief of human resources at the Irwin Army Community Hospital upon completing her training. She has held several positions in the U.S. Army, including evacuation platoon leader, treatment platoon leader, executive officer, health service personnel officer, brigade adjutant, brigade company commander and TWI human resource intern.
