Andrew Strasser

Andrew Strasser is a researcher, scientist and general with the United States Air Force. He joined the military branch in 1995 and has served his country in various capacities. Dr. Strasser has a deep understanding of electronics, quantum physics, mathematics and epileptology and works in the Central Intelligence Department. He is responsible for hiring and training employees and working on various projects. Dr. Strasser is recognized for his willingness to study anything he is asked and then teach it to others. He has studied theology, including Buddhism, Islam and other religions. In addition, he studied physics and developed a nuclear laser, one for the U.S. and one in China. Dr. Strasser is a certified electronics engineer who earned a Ph.D. in epileptology and quantum physics at the University of Phoenix. Although highly successful, he is most proud of the lives he has saved and the people he has helped throughout his career.

Susan Mattson

Susan MattsonTitle: Bearing Recondisher

Susan Mattson has been serving as a bearing recondisher for the United States Air Force for the past 10 years. Ms. Mattson is a highly regarded professional who works on the Hill Air Force Base in Utah where she spends most of her time in the bearing shop. In her role, Ms. Mattson cleans bearings, inspects antifriction bearings and makes sure they are in accordance with the T.O., and uses bearing analyzer if required. She also ships equipment to customers. Ms. Mattson attributes all the success she has experienced throughout her career to her hard work and determination. Looking toward the future, she would like to use her skills and knowledge to continue growing as a bearing recondisher.

Georgia Kathrine Desjarlais

Georgia Kathrine Desjarlais Title: Retired Lieutenant Commander

Georgia Kathrine Desjarlais grew up in a small town, which made it difficult to pursue a college education. By joining the United States Navy, she was able to expand her horizons. Ms. Desjarlais served her country for many years and retired as a lieutenant commander. During her service, Ms. Desjarlais spent seven years as a cook and fed up to 2,000 people each meal. She also served as a supply corps officer for 17 years and was responsible for ensuring accurate material stowage and disposal, and overseeing spare parts and the payroll for 2,500 sailors, as well as handling over $1.3 million in inventory. Although focusing her professional efforts of selling Avon products, Ms. Desjarlais continues to stay active in the military community through her affiliation with local organizations. She is a board member of Tipton County Veterans’ Council, secretary and treasurer for Tennessee Council of Chapters of the Military Officers Association of America, member of the Navy Mustang Association, and Aleutian Islands Veterans Association.

Lt. Col. Christopher L. Canada is the former Director of Staff for the 55th Wing of the U.S. Air Force. Prior to his retirement, Lt. Col. At this time, he is available for consulting opportunities. Lt. Col. Canada is a 25 year veteran of the United States Air Force. From 2008 until the present, he has been the Chief of Staff for the 55th Wing, getting involved in deciding policies. Lt. Col.  Canada holds an MBA and a Diploma from Air War College. He is considered an expert in aviation as well as Executive decision support and management leadership support. He is affiliated with the Air Force Association and the Association of Old Crows. Since his retirement, Lt. Col. Canada has taken more of an active role in tactical leadership support, and he feels that he has been able to thrive on this front and over the course of a successful career due to sheer perseverance.
